The following Terms & Conditions relate to personalised and branded orders only:
Payment
- For new and one time customers within UK, a bank transfer, cheque or credit/debit card payment is required in full before the goods are printed, manufactured, packed and then sent to your delivery address. Account details will be emailed once an order has been placed.
- Credit applications will be accepted after 2 orders have been placed with our company and all products are supplied on 14 day net trading terms. Please note that prompt payment will insure prompt service. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of goods for non-compliance with our trading terms. Non-compliance with our trading terms may result in the revoking of credit status.
Orders
All orders must be confirmed in writing. Purchase orders must have an order number clearly shown. Verbal orders or instructions will not be accepted.
Ownership
Ownership and title of goods remains with Coolercans Ltd until payment in full has been received.
UK Delivery
We will provide an estimated delivery date and advise postage costs at the same time as any quotation provided.
International delivery
At this time we do not deliver internationally except to Ireland. Delivery charges to Ireland are calculated at checkout.
Cancellation of Order
If you cancel an order, cancellation fees may apply. They can vary from order to order depending on status of the job, but typically costs involved are artwork fees, set-up costs, or full payment of job if items have already been printed/manufactured.
Return Policy
We are proud of our products and their quality. In the unlikely event of a claim, all claims must be in writing and received within 14 days from receiving product. Returns will only be accepted on a faulty product that does not match product ordered. In the order process you will proof artwork at least twice before we begin manufacturing. A change of mind after this does not constitute grounds for returning product. Faulty goods must be returned for inspection before a refund or replacement of stock will be issued.
